VSP for iOS functions as a VoIP softphone expressly associated with the VSP Platform, necessitating an administrator-provided account for logging in. Access to the softphone client is contingent upon having an account allocated by your company, operator, or VSP.

The Provisioning Module within the VSP Platform offers enterprises and operators a robust mechanism for disseminating, configuring, and overseeing VSP softphones. It empowers users to consolidate their softphone settings in a unified, user-friendly interface. Through the Provisioning Module, customers can comprehensively provision their VSP softphones for integration with their enterprise, SMB, ITSP, or operator VoIP solution.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This iteration of VSP links exclusively to the VSP hosted Provisioning Module and demands an account set up by your operator or enterprise for functionality. Without a proper account setup, the client will remain inoperable.

Emergency Calls: VSP mobile products are designed to prioritize rerouting emergency calls to the Native Cellular dialer whenever feasible, exerting best reasonable commercial efforts. Nevertheless, this capability is contingent upon the mobile phone's operating system, which is external to our control and subject to alterations at any time. As such, VSP explicitly states that its product is not meant, planned, or equipped for handling Emergency Calls. VSP assumes no responsibility for costs or damages incurred either directly or indirectly due to employing the software for Emergency Calls. Employing VSP as a default dialer may hinder the process of dialing emergency services.
